Refunds

Plus starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged anything.

Ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment (the first one or a renewal) and you'll get that payment back in full, no questions asked. Your account moves to Free, and all your memories stay.

After 14 days, you can still cancel anytime: you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew. We don't refund part of a period, except where the law says we must.

Paddle, our reseller, handles the refund. It goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 days depending on your bank.
